Description of service.  50 State Business Marketing, owner of www.50starnotary.com, is providing Member with advertising listing at www.50starnotary.com. Member must pay any fees related with this listing.

Members Account. Member agrees to notify 50 State Business Marketing of any unauthorized use of Members account or any other breach of security known or should be known to the Member. Member agrees not to resell or make any commercial use of the listing without the express written consent of 50 State Business Marketing.

Modifications and Interruption to Service. 50 State Business Marketing reserves the right to modify or discontinue the listing with or without notice to the Member. 50 State Business Marketing shall not be liable to Member or any third party should 50 State Business Marketing exercise its right to modify or discontinue the www.50starnotary.com. Member acknowledges and accepts that 50 State Business Marketing does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

Listing Period.  The Member listing may be edited or updated at the discretion of 50 State Business Marketing at anytime. At the expiration of the listing, the listing will be removed at any time after expiration at the discretion of 50 State Business Marketing.

Listing Approvals. All new listings will be subject to removal if the content does not abide by the Terms and Conditions of www.50starnotary.com or the content is not approved by 50 State Business Marketing. If your listing is not approved, you will be given an email with an explanation of the reasons and be asked to make changes. If you refuse to make changes then the listing will be removed from the www.50starnotary.com.

Cancelling your membership. You can cancel your membership at any time although no refunds will be given. Written notification to this effect must be sent to 50 State Business Marketing contact@50starnotary.com . When you cancel your membership, all your personal details contained in our database will be deleted.
